OAUTH 2 setup in different places for outbound emails in Oracle EBS 12.2.14

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have SMTP in the current setup. However, Microsoft stopped supporting this. Now we need to move to OAUTH 2 authentication process. I need a guideline to the process of how to set this up.

There are few places we have the configuration. We have the configuration in the workflow notification mailer.
We also have a profile option "SMTP Port" where the details are set for the host and port.
The third place would be the the file $XDO_TOP/resource/xdodelivery.cfg
Fourth place is the bursting xml file where the server name and port details are given.

Now we want to move to OAUTH2. Our current email system is broken. Could you give me the guideline for the update to all the places and if there is anything else we need change
