Performance issue: Bank Reconciliation form hangs when searching for Available Transactions(Receipt)
Hi experts
We are experiencing a severe performance degradation in the Bank Statement Reconciliation form. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Navigation: Bank Reconciliation > Bank Statements and Reconciliation.
- Action: Find Bank Statement by Bank Account > Click Review.
- Issue: When clicking on Available and searching by Receipt Number, the form hangs (processing/spinning) for approximately 30 minutes before displaying results.
After performing a system trace, we identified that the performance bottleneck occurs at the following SQL execution:
Critical Statement:INSERT INTO ce_available_transactions_tmp ...
Please help me check this problem.
