New Server Manager Console on Windows 2025 WLS 14.1.2 Java17 fails at 88%.

In the process of installing a new set of servers and SM console for tools 9.2.26 on windows 2025, WLS 14.1.2.0.0 and Java17.

in order to get SM install to lainch I had to install jdk1.8.0 however when the install runs it appears that it is failing to validate my WLS install possibly because it was installed witj Java17. I cannot get the SMC install to launch with Java17.

attached is my install log file.
