Flashback Database Archive (FDA/Time travel) background TCRV delete

On oracle 19.30

We have over 200 tables in Flashback areas and asides from the great feature it can be a serious CPU eater.

The background HIST and TCRV tables get purged sporadically by background FBDA process issuing delete statements via the worker Wnnn processes.

We've noticed (maybe its been there all the time but dont remember seeing it running all the time) the delete on the TCRV tables seems to be running consecutively all the time for all tables no matter how many rows have changed. Take a table we have with 100 rows in it. Gets maybe 1 change every month.

This is running in background for that table, takes between 8- 10 seconds Soon as its finished it runs again and again 24-7. It does this for all the tables in FDA
