Process Scheduler Server Memory Usage PSNT Seems High but How To Change

PeopleTools 8.56.07, FS/SSM 9.2.55, Windows 2025 Server

Even after a restart our process scheduler (we only have one and plan to add a 2nd one) shows what seems like high memory usage (80-90%). However, there doesn't seem to be a process scheduler configuration file setting that lets you set a maximum memory amount (aside from JavaVM Options and recycle settings).

Is there a way to "give" it more memory?
