login form oracle ebs R12.2 error ora-1017

Hi Oracle Community,

I am facing an issue when trying to log in to Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.

Environment:

  • Oracle EBS R12.2
  • Forms login issue

Problem:
When users log in to Oracle EBS and open any Forms screen, the following error appears:

ORA-1017: invalid username/password; logon denied

However, after closing the error message, the Forms screen still opens and works normally.

Additional information:

  • The issue occurs on every Forms screen
  • Database login with APPS user works normally
  • Concurrent Manager and other services are running normally
  • Parameter SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON is already set to FALSE
  • Restarted application services
  • Checked database connectivity
