Problem login MOS with sms MFA

in Getting Started in MOSC Question

Hi, I'm Roberta, I'm a dba. My colleague Antonio and me normally login to MOS by MFA authentication. But today Antonio didn't receive the SMS code for authentication.
What we can do to resolve this issue?
