Error messages on OLVM Host became non responsive and was not restarted due to Fencing

in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) (MOSC) Question

We have a messages from OLVM console

Host became non responsive and was not restarted due to Fencing Policy: 100 percents of the Hosts in the Cluster have connectivity issues.

some monitoring that we hace show us that this server is offline like was shutted off or comunicaction lost, but in OLVM we can see that the server and the VMs are up.

we got 6 servers four X9, one X7, and 1 X6, the problem only happends with the X6, all the servers are installed with Oracle Linux 6.7 and kvmhosts release 4.4
