Processes will not Print to a Printer Directly from the Process Scheduler

We have started having an issue over the last month where any process a user runs directly to a printer will go to success but not print. We have not applied any patches to our tools or our application recently so we can't figure out what is going on. I am new to supporting the Tools side of things. We are on 8.57.15 and FSCM 9.2.23.

The users can run the processes to the Web/PDF and then print them from their OS so it isn't an issue with the process.

Last weekend we brought down all schedulers (3 of them) cleared the cached, rebooted the server, and the restarted the schedulers. The issues still exist today.
