UDR Column with Formula for Date Add

I'm working on a UDR and want to add a column with a Date Add formula > Creation Date + 90 [days]. For some reason I'm unable to manually enter the 90 part of the formula even though according the screen shot it seems like I should be able to do so. Other than adding a field the data entry form for the "number of days" is there another suggestion? Thanks!
