Billable freight charged higher to customer

Hi,

We are seeing customer invoices being charged with higher freight charges like product charged 10$ and freight charged as 700$.

Rate definition is setup with rate type as Unit amount and Rate basis as Distance at shipment level along with lookup 1 as number of pieces and look up 2 as carrier zone. Routing entry is set for shipment depot,carrier, MOT and carrier zone with distance zero. Rate schedule has multiple rate definitions.

Looking at freight charges in individual sales order invoice, it looks like freight charged based on prorate weight percentage of individual sales order weight in total weight of shipment multiplied with total billable freight for shipment in F4941.
