Xstore 23V: Returns after Grace Period

in Getting Started in MOSC Question

Hello All,

While performing a Refund transaction after Grace period refund tender options are greyed out.
Sale Tender performed with Miscellaneous Tender.

If we perform refund within Grace period refund tender options are available(not greyed out).
Validated all Tender configuration tables and Visibility rule - seems to be working fine.
Can anyone please suggest anything here.
