Tools Release 9.2.26.2 - Simplified Mode

We are in DV testing 9.2.26.2. When Standard display mode is on, we see the Composite Pages as normal. When the mode is switched to Simplified, the composite page tabs are shown, but the pages present as blank.

Is there a new setting in composite pages, or security that takes into account simplified mode? This behaviour is consistent with all simplified mode user accounts.
