error when open function page web form(exame customer standard) after upgarde ebs 12.1.3 to 12.2.15

I upgraded EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.15 with database 19c.After the upgrade, I could access forms normally, but when I tried to open a function that uses a form as a web page, I got an error message: "Unable to execute function. (params=8QAbY-PB2PGHvbaperqofhAj8w4aHTxLrqGgyMyf1Oo)"If that function opens on a web screen, it works fine.I would appreciate any help.
