Benefits Balance

in Advanced Benefits - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We have a Benefits Group that uses Benefits Balance and we need to update them on an annual basis.

I have the way to do it however, I believe since they have balances in there, we need to end date. May I get guidance on how that is accomplished.
