Year to Date Hours

in HCM - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi, We want to base a calculation on the number of hours someone has worked in this year. Below 1900 is a certain amount. Above 1900 is a different amount. Is there a table method that does this? I see some that look like they do this but then only take into account the current pay periods hours.
