How to Create Strict Read-Only Access in Oracle HCM When Seeded Duty Roles Inherit Extra Privileges?

I am working on Oracle Fusion HCM security and trying to create a custom role for a Team that should have only View and Search access (no Add, Edit, Update, Delete, or Manage access).
The challenge I am facing is that some required privileges are not available individually, so I have to add seeded Duty Roles in the Role Hierarchy. However, when I attach those duty roles, several additional inherited privileges also come along that provide more access than required.
I checked the seeded duty roles, but they appear as non-editable.
My questions are:
- Is there any way to modify or remove specific inherited privileges from seeded duty roles?
