We have an old PO 5170003091 for which 8200kg are stuck in status PO in receiving.

We have an old PO 5170003091 for which 8200kg are stuck in status PO in receiving. This is coming from shipment line 11 where quantity received is 66000 versus quantity billed 57800. I am not able to remove this issue in EBS due to attached error message. Could you please remove the stuck quantity from the system ?
