Primavera OPC - Issue With Workspace Views

in Oracle Primavera Cloud (MOSC) Question

I'm an admin [and need all of that functionality] but I find myself constantly over-writing workspace views that I'd like to keep locked.

I created a 'one step down' admin that should remove the ability to add/edit/delete workspace views but I'm still able to do so. Any ideas? I still need to be able to create project-level views as needed.
