IPv6 error message in formsapp-diagnostic.log

in Oracle Forms (MOSC) Question

We are running a Forms 14.1.2.0 environment on Windows Server 2025. The following message always appears in the formsapp-diagnostic.log file:

[SRC_METHOD: fromFrmwebToODL] Runtime process: The IPv6 socket cannot be restricted to IPv6 only: An invalid argument was specified.[[

The system is configured to prioritize IPv4. IPv6 is disabled via the registry.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters\DisabledComponents = Hex 20

How can I configure Forms to stop using IPv6?
