E1:34 Transfer orders splitting lines and then generating message to cancel line

This is JDE9.2 and ESU was applied in late 2024/early 2025 I don't recall exact timeline.

We have tranfer orders set up order type S8/O8 between two branch plants located in different countries. In case the S8 goes on back order the line is getting split by quantities. It runs an auto job to allocate stock and splits quantities based on availability. Which is what it is supposed to do and that is fine. So let's say S8 was for 100Kgs, 20 isn't available so two lines now with the same S8 number one for 80 Kgs and one for 20 kgs. Now the related O8 is also split with two lines. Peculiar thing that's happening
