Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) Upgrade – Customer Experience & Lessons Learned

We are preparing for an upcoming Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) upgrade and would like to learn from organizations that have already completed this activity.

From an end-user and business perspective, we would appreciate any insights on the following:

  1. Were there any impacts to login experience, SSO authentication, MFA, password policies, or user access?
  2. Did you face any user login issues immediately after the upgrade? If yes, what were the common root causes and resolutions?
  3. Any lessons learned, best practices, or validation activities you would recommend during hypercare/post-upgrade verification?
  4. Any recommendations to minimize business disruption during the cutover window?
