Oracle Analytics Server

in BI Publisher (MOSC) Question

Dear Concern,

We are currently using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Version 8.2.0 with prebuilt Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 (PS4).

Our concern is that when we load EBS data, the Analytics dashboards are displaying only current year data (for example, 2025–2026), while historical data from previous years is not appearing.

The ETL executions initiated through BIACM for specific EBS modules are completing successfully without errors, and the load plans are generated and executed properly. However, when validating the data on the front-end Analytics dashboards, only recent/current year records are visible, whereas older historical records are missing.

We would like to understand the possible causes of this issue and identify which areas should be checked.
