Is it possible to use Export/Import Application Accounting Definitions b/w 2 dif version of app/db?

Dear experts,

We are moving our system to new system with new version of database and apps (from DB 12c APPS 12.2.3 to DB 26ai APPS 12.2.15).

We would like to get your advice whether we can use Export/Import Application Accounting Definitions to move auto the whole subledger accounting configuration including accounting method, journal line type, account derivation rules, etc. from existing instance to new instance with latest version or not.
