autoupgrade 23.26.1 to 23.26.2 fails

on a linux system i try to autoupgrade

upg1.patch=RECOMMENDED,DPBP,RU:23.26.2

upg1.source_home=/u01/app/oracle/product/23.26.1/dbhome1

upg1.target_home=/u01/app/oracle/product/23.26.2/dbhome_1

upg1.sid=xxx

create_home works, but deploy fails

java autoupgrade.jar -patch -noconsole -mode create_home

java autoupgrade.jar -patch -noconsole -mode deploy

The patch parameter for prefix upg1 is invalid. The version of the specified RU [23.26.2] must be newer than the version of the source database [23.26.1.0.0]
