ORDS: moving away from 'release notes'? Really?

Well… The Release Notes document is the one of the first thing we read whenever starting a new project or an upgrade project.

There's nothing wrong with a fine Changelog—it would be nice if it contained release dates, though—but where else are you going to put important notices such as technical requirements, or the warning regarding ORDS 26.4 not supporting versions of Tomcat earlier than 10, and Weblogic earlier than 15?
