How do you create a new invoice line type in Oracle EBS Payables? R12.2.7

Does anyone know how to create a new invoice line type (ex. Item, Tax, Freight, Miscellaneous) in Oracle EBS Payables? We want to be able to classify the new Tariffs that have recently been imposed and capture them separately, like a freight line.

If anyone has any information or can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it!
