OLVM 4.5/OL9.7 has significant package updates

Hello, I installed OLVM 4.5 on OL9.7 host and I cannot get the new host to add to a cluster. It says host does not support any emulated machines. I noticed that libvirt is now at 12.0 and KVM is now at 10.1. A month ago I built a similar server and libvirt was at 9.0 and KVM was at 7.2. I tried to patch the server that was built a month ago and I get all sorts of patch conflicts with libvirt and KVM now. This is all with kernel 6.12.0. Is this a known issue? Thanks.
