Using OPM Phantom Batches, can you have them schedule -- concurrently?

We are using OPM Phantom items in our formulas. When we create a batch, they are automatically scheduling sequentially.

The real manufacturing process will allow for the second (or parent) phantom batch to begin before the first phantom (it's child) batch to complete.

In otherwords, if I am making 10,000 KGs of mashed potatoes, I can start packaging the first 100 KGs of potatoes, before the completion of the entire batch.

Is it possible to have these batches (in the system) generate concurrently? I don't want to change the dates manually.
