PeopleSoft Self Service - Issue viewing Unofficial Transcript

Students who have a browser language setting not equal to English are not able to view the Unofficial Transcript PDF in Student Self Service. Has anyone else come across this issue and what steps you took to resolve it? Currently students can view the Unofficial Transcript PDF in Chrome is they change the browser language to english.
