Redwood Order Management Homepage Does Not Display Integration Orders (Coupa) or Historical Data

In the Oracle Redwood Order Management homepage, the ‘My Orders’ section currently displays only user-created and recent orders, while integration-based orders and historical data are not visible. This creates a gap for business users who expect to see all relevant orders in a single view for operational tracking. It is recommended to enhance the homepage to include integration/system-created orders and provide configurable filters (such as date range, order source, and business unit) so that users can access a complete and meaningful dataset without needing to navigate to ‘Manage Orders’.
