Reports and Analytics Access Issue for Specific User in Test Environment

I am facing an issue in our Oracle Fusion Test environment with a specific user and would appreciate any guidance.

Every morning, this user is unable to access Reports and Analytics. The page either returns an HTTP 500 error or remains stuck in a continuous redirect/loading loop. After some time, the issue resolves automatically and the user can access Reports and Analytics without any changes being made.

Additional observations:

  • The issue occurs only in the Test environment.
  • The same user can access Reports and Analytics successfully in Production.
  • The user has all the required roles and privileges assigned.
  • Other users in the Test environment are able to access Reports and Analytics without any issues.
