Help me solve being able to upload images/disk to OLVM through the GUI (OLVM 4.5)

I have clean install of OLVM with 1 manager and 2 hosts. All is working as expected, I have several VMs up and running. However I wanted to load a .iso file throught the gui and it fails. It goes into "Puased by system" everytime. Same thing occurs if I want to upload a qcow2 image to test migration.

I have a working API script that handles the iso, but continually fails when trying the qcow file even after updating the disk type and format (qcow, raw)

IT IS NOT the CERT unless the self-signed cert causes it to fail. The CA cert is in my browser (verified) in Microsoft CERT store, even tried from MAC with certs all in place.

Howdy, Stranger!
