Where to Get Token File From for Downloads

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

the wget.sh script generated when you go to the download button of a patch (e.g., the latest tools) requires that you provide it with a -T token file parameter. Where are you getting this token from? How are you generating this?
