in Peoplesoft 9.2 thru image 53 for Query viewer we cannot edit the update parameter easily

in Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

According to the colleges, they used to be able to go to query viewer and click on the update parameter hyper link and change what needed to be changed. now they have to go through the entire criteria and update all fields.

is there someway to put this back to how it was? nav fscm Reporting Tools> query> query viewer
