R12.2.10 UWQ is empty

Hiya,

I have set up Strategies and run the Scoring and Strategy Allocation for ACME that is running at an Account level. I see that client account delinquencies have been created. Strategies have been assigned and there is a named resource - Jane tagged to work item.

When Jane logs in as Collections Agent, she is not able to see the work item tagged to her in the UWQ screen.

Any suggestions what could be missing?
