New Personal Details page/Form I-9 tile showing incorrect statuses for employees
Hi all - with the new Personal Details page delivered with PT 8.62, we are seeing statuses on the Form I-9 tile that do not correctly represent the employee's form status. For example, we have employees that have been with the company for decades, but their tile now shows "Expired" or "Overdue", when it is not. Can someone tell me where the setting for this is so that we can remove this? We don't want employees thinking that they need to submit a new form.
