Exadata Patching X10M

Hi Team,

We have exadata X10M Patching scheduled where image version upgrading to : 25.2.9.0.0.260505.

We have oracle 12.1.0.2.220719 Bundle patch installed. Here recommendation is that at least 12.1.0.2.240716, before upgrading this exadata image. Give patch Jul2024 is not available to download and install on oracle ExadataX10M. will you please suggest where to approach for this patch and is that Platinum service should apply required version for 12c?

Is there any issue if not apply this patch and go ahead with patching on Exadata X10M. there is no plan as of now to upgrade this 12.1.0.2 critical database due to application dependency.
