Unifier 26.1 – Which table stores Project master change history / audit log?

We are using Primavera Unifier 26.1.0.0 and are trying to identify the correct table/view to track Project master / shell level changes/activity.

Requirement

We need information on the following fields:

  • Project Number
  • Current Status
  • Status Change Date (from Audit Log / History)
  • Last Modified By (if available)

Can anyone confirm which table/view stores the audit/history for Project changes?
