DB performance issue - TCP KGAS socket

HI Team,

We are using 19.28 Oracle DB.

Yesterday, user reported slow loading of overall application. We have generated AWR report during the issue period and we found TCP Socket (KGAS) consuming 38% of dbtime as attached. Since this is network related, Can you pls help us in understanding, Will it cause any load on the system.
