For Timesheets Users - Comparing to P6 Team Member

For those of you who have changed from P6 Team Member to OPC Timesheets, do you like it? Pros/Cons? I recently had a demo and was not pleased with the differences. We are on 23.12.x using desktop client, EPPM, My Activities and Timesheets. Timesheets is mission critical to us as we export the timesheet data each period to our ERP. We have been successful using this data when audited by FEMA, DOT, others.

In my brief demo I see the below as issues for us and I would like to hear about your experiences.

Overtime - In P6 TM, OT appears as separate line on the same activity. The top line are "regular hours" and the second line is for "Overtime". We find this natural to use and efficient for the user. In OPC TS, to add regular hours to an activity you must add the activity and if the default is not for "regular" change the type to regular. To add overtime on the same activity the user must add the activity again, change the type from the default to "Overtime". These seem to be extra steps, additional review from both user and manager
