Delinquency Fees

Hi,

We are trying to test delinquency fees in 9.2. I'm able to generate delinquency notices but not fees. In fact, R03B525 does not even kick off R03B5005 (I'm assuming it should).

 The customer master did not have fees enabled. I did that for one customer that I'm testing with. I also updated field AFC on the F03B11 since it too was still set to "N". I was hoping that would have triggered it.
