Account stuck on 'provisioning in progress' status

Hello, I recently want to upgrade my Always Free account to a Pay-As-You-Go account. However, my console has been stuck on the 'Your account provisioning is in progress' message. Could you please help me check the status of my upgrade and see if there are any issues with account?

My Tenancy Name (Account name) is nhhnhh60 and my registered email is nhhnhh@vip.qq.com.
