MultiJob Employees Whose Jobs Have the Same Title Uncertain Which to Choose When Entering Absence

Some organizations use the same Job Title for different jobs spanning different pay groups, departments, locations, etc.

For instance, a school district with several grade schools may use the generic "First Grade Teacher" title and the jobs are qualified by the individual school (without using the school name in the title, but elsewhere in the job record). Employees may rotate among those schools and may have multiple jobs (empl_rcd).

With Classic Absence Management functionality, if an employee submits an absence request (Self Service>Time Reporting>Report Time>Absence Request) and uses the hyperlink to select a job, a grid will display the additional information for "First Grade Teacher", allowing them to know which of their multiple jobs to select for the request.
