Transfer of Ownership via Collections Admin

As a Collections Administrator, I want to Change Ownership from one collections agent to another. EBS R12.2

1. I am at the following form, where I search up the from and to agents and then when the result table comes up below.

2) Select all rows and hit Update All promises and Work Items.

3) Post this, are there any programs to run for this to take effect? Also is the main customer account also transferred over to new resource from a collection?
