X8 to X11 Migration causing performance issue in JDE Reports

Hi Team

Recently we have migrated from X8 to X11 hardware. Post this migration all the standard JDE reports are executing slowly.

Similar performance issues we have noticed in JDE standard as well as Custom reports.

We have created many SRs and discussed with engineers.

System Configuration :

  1. Exa Data X8 OS Linux 8.X, Data base Oracle 19C
  2. App JD Edwards 9.2.4.3 , OS Linux 7.X 32 bit
  3. Oracle Weblogic 12.x - Load Balancer , Batch Servers - 4 , Logic Server - 1

Target :

  1. Exa Data X11 OS Linux 8.X, Data base Oracle 19C
  2. App JD Edwards 9.2.4.3 , OS Linux 7.X 32 bit
  3. Oracle Weblogic 12.x - Load Balancer , Batch Servers - 4 , Logic Server - 1
