Absence Workcenter
We are in the early stages of upgrading to PUM 55. We are working in an environment that is a copy of demo, to discover the landing page, Absence WorkCenter and other new functionality, before we begin SIT. This isn't a normal approach during upgrades but with the new landing page, it was the recommended approach.
Am I misunderstanding that the Absence WorkCenter is delivered or pre-configured? Is there a configuration document to follow for the setup other than PeopleBooks?
Betty has been assigned multiple roles for this setup.
So far, I have added a Configuration ID for the Work Center. From here, it was easy to find HC_HGA_WC_APP_FL. I now have a shell for the WorkCenter. I am stumped on HCM Work Management setup. I can see the two delivered Work Management Link IDs, which are enabled, but I cannot select them in the Pagelet configuration. When I navigate to Set Up > Common Definitions > HCM Workcenter Integration, the ID that I configured is not there and I cannot add it.
