For SSO purposes, is there a way to disable the email that is sent to users when they are created?

Hello,

For SSO purposes, is there a way to disable the email that is sent to users when they are created? This client wants to override the local password so users who sign in with SSO don't have to set a password, but when their account was created they received an email prompting them to set a password.
