in Install, Upgrades & Change Mgmt - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi, On the password change screen, the user closes the tab, then opens another tab and sees "null" and cannot continue changing the password.

How do I configure the browser to refresh the cache so the user can continue changing the password?
