GL Mass Allocation job is stuck at the gluseq() step

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

After upgrading to Oracle EBS 12.2.15, the Run MassAllocation concurrent request is stuck and does not complete.

The log file shows it's stuck at the gluseq() Document Sequencing step.

Has anyone encountered this issue?
